Our Approach to Utility Management
SAUB understands the complexities of multiple inputs and outputs and has advanced software billing systems that cater to any permutation of these.
Although we have manual meter readers throughout the country, we prefer that our clients install smart meters that we then communicate with remotely and obtain data, such as usage, type of supply, etc every 10 minutes.
Each of our clients is allocated a data acquisition engineer and a billing specialist who becomes intimately familiar with our client premises and facilities.
SAUB has technical support throughout South Africa because, as part of the Screamer Group, Screamer Telecoms field technicians are trained on the technologies we use to acquire data from our client’s smart utility meters and can support and troubleshoot them on-site.

SAUB also offers various financing packages for clients who do not have smart meters already installed. Because we buy in bulk we are able to offer very low prices on the supply and installation of the latest technology which negates the need for monthly manual meter readings.
